Who is allowed to move money
An agent name is not a spending limit. Someone has to say which agent may act, on which actions, and up to what amount.
Three things to set
- Identity: which agent is asking.
- Authority: the actions it may request, the maximum amount, and where money may go.
- A person for the exceptions, who is not the same person who raised the request.
Allow is not the payment
When ValarIQ allows an action, it can issue a short-lived permission to proceed. That permission is not a bank receipt. Your system executes. If that system reports a different amount or destination, the mismatch is an investigation, not an automatic reversal.
What this is not
ValarIQ is not your bank, your payroll product, or a guarantee that fraud will fall. It is the record of whether this agent was allowed to ask.
