Cookie and storage notice

ValarIQ is a trading name of Keston Group Ltd.
1. Summary
A code and staging-behaviour review found only first-party cookies and browser storage used for authentication, SSO protection and signed-in product preferences. We did not find analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, pixels or third-party tracking scripts on the public website. Because optional tracking cookies are not present, we do not show a theatrical consent banner for analytics or marketing categories.

3. Local and session storage
The authenticated product may also use browser storage (not advertising storage):
- valariq.nav.showMore (localStorage) — Remember whether the signed-in sidebar “More” section is expanded. Category: Functional. Authenticated product UI only.
- valariq.controlPlane.visited / activation wizard keys (sessionStorage) — Temporary UI progress for control-plane setup and activation wizard steps. Category: Functional. Authenticated product UI only; cleared with the browser session.
4. Categories explained
- Strictly necessary — required for sign-in, security and core service operation. Authentication and session cookies are not advertising cookies.
- Functional — remember optional product UI preferences for signed-in users.
- Analytics / Marketing — not currently used on the public ValarIQ website based on the verified inventory.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and signed-in workspace use. If we later introduce analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this notice and provide Accept, Reject and Manage choices with equal clarity before those technologies run.
