ValarIQ was founded around that control problem: what are AI agents allowed to do with money — and can you prove it?

Ryan Dercksen — founder. Background spanning technology governance, cyber risk, regulated environments, operational resilience, and executive accountability for systems that sit near money and customer state.

ValarIQ is founder-led by design at this stage. Design partners get direct access — not a ticket queue.

Thesis

Humans have identity + role + authority + approval. Applications have service identity + IAM + API permissions. Autonomous financial agents need identity + delegated authority + runtime policy + evidence. That control plane is ValarIQ.
